Here's how it works.
A contribution is made to UT Athletics and the University, in honor of you as a Texas Longhorns Energy customer, for as long as you remain a customer. These contributions are not based on how much energy you use. Using more energy won’t contribute more to the University; you, your friends and family signing up will.
We don’t want you to use more energy. We want to help you learn how to use energy efficiently and keep your energy costs down. There are no membership costs associated with joining. All you ever have to pay for is your electricity usage.

If you live in a deregulated part of Texas . . .

If you live in a regulated area of Texas . . . Don’t worry. Even though we can’t be your energy provider at this time, that doesn’t mean you can't participate. Be sure to show your Longhorns pride by entering in all of our sweepstakes and giveaways. |
